Bharat NeuroTech does not refund unused audits or consults — you have 7 days from payment to redeem the SKU, after which it lapses. Wallet credits (₹1/msg usage) do not expire and can be applied to any consumption surface. Failed technical runs are automatically refunded to wallet with a ledger entry.
