What a request, an RPM and a token actually mean.
- Request
- One question or action sent to the AI assistant on your website. A visitor asking three things sends three requests.
- RPM (requests per minute)
- The number of requests your site's assistant can serve in any single minute. It is a speed limit, not a monthly quota — nothing is deducted from a balance, and there is no monthly cap to exhaust.
- What happens at the ceiling
- If your plan's RPM is reached inside a minute, further requests in that same minute may be rate-limited until capacity frees up. Sustained demand above the ceiling is the signal to move up a plan.
- Token
- A fragment of text that AI systems count internally. Contracted website packages are not billed per token — you pay the plan price, not the traffic maths.

Our separately purchased PsyCortex chat and developer API products keep their own published metered pricing. We do not promise a fixed percentage of savings — what we promise is a price you can budget.

Small edits — text changes, price updates, swapping images, adding a section to an existing page, adjusting a form field. Full redesigns, new modules and new applications sit outside the retainer and are quoted against a written scope of work.

- Governing law
- Indian law, Lucknow jurisdiction, unless agreed otherwise. The signed scope of work prevails over any web page.
