Who owns the data and the model weights?+
You own your data and the front end. The NeuroCortex v2 engine is licensed by Bharat NeuroTech — you get a dedicated tenant, isolated context and a session-only default. Nothing of yours trains the base engine.
Can you ship on our own domain?+
Yes. We deploy on your domain (e.g. ai.yourbrand.in), with your brand, your colours and your terms of service. CheckMentalHealth.in is our flagship example of a full white-label deployment.
Is the deployment DPDP-compliant?+
Yes. Every deployment ships DPDP-aware by default — consent, purpose limitation, data-retention controls, breach-response posture and a privacy notice template. Optional ISO 27701 audit on request.
Do you also sign the ISO audit?+
On request. Dr. Sodhi is an ANSI/ABICB-accredited lead auditor on ISO 42001, 27001 and 27701 — those three frames can be signed by him as a separate engagement. The other 9 frames in our standards catalogue run auditor-grade and ship unsigned.
What is the typical timeline?+
