PsyMemory is a closed deployment of the Memory category in Dr. Sodhi's peer-reviewed Software Neurotechnology paper (IndJCST 2026, DOI 10.59256/indjcst.20260502087). Implementation is closed; capability is not.

1 credit = ₹1. Anonymous visitors get a small daily preview (5 chats / 1 scan) before signup. Then ₹1 per message and ₹1 per attachment. Inputs up to ~32K tokens are included; larger inputs pay a size-banded Extended context surcharge (₹1 to ₹1,500 depending on band). Audit is flat ₹1,799 per guided run. Consult is ₹4,500/hr. Prepaid access terms start at ₹99 for 30 days — no auto-renewal.

Yes. Inputs up to ~32,000 tokens are included in the ₹1/msg base. Larger inputs pay an Extended context surcharge scaled to size: ₹1 (up to 256K), ₹3 (up to 2M), ₹10 (up to 25M), ₹25 (up to 250M), ₹75 (up to 2.5B), ₹200 (up to 10B), ₹500 (API up to 25B), ₹1,500 (enterprise up to 100B). One receipt line per turn labelled by size band.

PsyCortex is the engine. No third-party model brand is exposed in the product. Capabilities and outputs are PsyCortex outputs.

No. Software Neurotechnology means instruments for intelligence built in software — models, audits, scanners, evaluators, memory, self-regulation, world-modelling. Dr. Sodhi's peer-reviewed 20-layer framework (IndJCST 2026) makes the distinction explicit. No electrodes, no implants, no neural hardware.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Every paid entitlement (audits, consults, services) must be used within 7 days of when you start it, or it lapses. A booked consult must be attended on the chosen date — reschedule once with ≥24h notice, but the slot must still fall within the 7-day window. Wallet credits never expire.

Live chat prompt and response content is not persisted in Bharat NeuroTech's application database. Conversation memory is stored on your own device (PsyMemory, in browser storage) and you can clear it at any time. Artefacts you explicitly save — audits, documents, personas — and your account, wallet and billing records are stored under your account.

No. Inputs are never queued for training. PsyCortex fine-tunes are produced from curated research corpora, not user data.

Our assessment methodology is informed by ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management), 27001 (Information Security) and 27701 (Privacy). Dr. Nitnem Singh Sodhi holds individual ISO/IEC 42001 / 27001 / 27701 Lead Auditor credentials (ANSI & ABICB accredited, March 2025). Bharat NeuroTech is not itself ISO-certified.

Requests are processed by our server infrastructure over TLS 1.2+. Live chat and scan prompt content is not persisted in our application database. Artefacts you explicitly save (audits, documents), plus account, wallet and billing records, live under your account and are deletable on request. No third-party reasoning hand-off.
