No. Prompts and responses are not written to a database. Chat history lives in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared when the tab closes.
No. Inputs are never queued for training. NeuroCortex v2 fine-tunes are produced from curated research corpora, not user data.

Requests are processed by our server infrastructure over TLS 1.2+. Live chat & scan prompts are not written to a database. Artefacts you explicitly save (audits, documents, personas, wallet entries) live under your account and are deletable on request. No third-party reasoning hand-off.
1 credit = ₹1. New accounts get ₹101 welcome credits (Shagun), free. Anonymous visitors get a small daily cap (5 chats, 1 scan) before signup. After that, pay per action — no subscription, no expiry.
Refunds & cancellation policy.
Unused credits are refundable for 7 days from purchase, pro-rated against consumption. Credits do not expire — there is no rush to spend them.
If the audit has not been generated, full refund on request. Once the scored report is delivered the audit is non-refundable — the cost is the engine run.
If the action map does not give you a clearer next step than when you started, the session is refunded in full — decided after the call, on your word.
Cancel any time from Billing — you keep access until the end of the paid cycle. Rolled-over credits survive a pause of up to 60 days.
All refunds processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
