Conversation memory (PsyMemory) is kept in storage on your own device and can be cleared from the chat at any time. Artefacts you explicitly save, plus account, wallet and audit records, are stored under your account.
No. Inputs are never queued for training. PsyCortex fine-tunes are produced from curated research corpora, not user data.
Our assessment methodology is informed by ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management), 27001 (Information Security) and 27701 (Privacy). Dr. Nitnem Singh Sodhi holds individual ISO/IEC 42001 / 27001 / 27701 Lead Auditor credentials (ANSI & ABICB accredited, March 2025). Bharat NeuroTech is not itself ISO-certified.
Requests are processed by our server infrastructure over TLS 1.2+. Live chat and scan prompt content is not persisted in our application database. Artefacts you explicitly save (audits, documents, reports), plus account, wallet and billing records, live under your account and are deletable on request. No third-party reasoning hand-off.
1 credit = ₹1. Anonymous visitors get a small daily cap (5 chats, 1 scan) before signup. After that, pay per action from your wallet — no forced subscription, no expiry.
No-refund policy & validity by product.
All purchases on Bharat NeuroTech are final and non-refundable. Validity depends on what you bought. Guided audit runs must be finished within 7 days of starting the run, and consults must be attended within 7 days of payment. Prepaid plans run for their full purchased access term, and managed website and custom deployment engagements run for their contracted term (typically 12 months). Wallet credits never expire.
Wallet credits never expire and are non-refundable once credited. Spend them at your own pace across The Lab, audits, API, voice and marketplace.
A paid audit run must be completed within 7 days of when you start it. Unused or in-progress audits lapse after that window with no refund. Once a scored report is generated, the run is closed.
Booked slots must be attended on the chosen date, and the slot itself must fall within 7 days of payment. Reschedule once (free, ≥24h notice) within that 7-day window. No-shows, late cancellations and unused bookings beyond 7 days lapse with no refund.
Prepaid plans are one-off access terms with no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the term does. Unused plan allowance, unused API quota and unused access terms are non-refundable.
Auto-refunds are issued only when our engine fails a paid request mid-flight (technical failure) — the matching refund row appears in your ledger automatically.
