    TLS 1.2+ to our server. The request body is the prompt + the active tool spec, nothing else.

    NeuroCortex processes the prompt and streams the response back. We do not log the request or response body.

    Tokens stream to your browser. Nothing is written to a database. Nothing is queued for training.

Do you store my prompts?

No. Prompts and responses are not written to a database. Chat history lives in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared when the tab closes.

Do you train on my inputs?

No. Inputs are never queued for training. NeuroCortex fine-tunes are produced from curated research corpora, not user data.

Which standards is NeuroCortex audited against?

Where is the data processed?

Requests are processed by our server infrastructure over TLS 1.2+. Live chat & scan prompts are not written to a database. Artefacts you explicitly save (audits, documents, personas, wallet entries) live under your account and are deletable on request. No third-party reasoning hand-off.

How does pricing work?

1 credit = ₹1. Anonymous visitors get a small daily cap (5 chats, 1 scan) before signup. After that, pay per action from your wallet — no forced subscription, no expiry.

▸ NO-REFUND POLICY

No-refund policy & 7-day validity.

All purchases on Bharat NeuroTech are final and non-refundable. Every paid entitlement — audits, consults, services — must be consumed within 7 days of payment or it lapses with no refund. Wallet credits are the only exception and never expire.

Top-up credits · no expiry

Wallet credits never expire and are non-refundable once credited. Spend them at your own pace across The Lab, audits, API, voice and marketplace.

AI Audit · 7-day validity

A paid audit run must be completed within 7 days of payment. Unused or in-progress audits lapse after 7 days with no refund. Once a scored report is generated, the run is closed.

Consult with Dr. Sodhi · 7-day validity

Booked slots must be attended on the chosen date, and the slot itself must fall within 7 days of payment. Reschedule once (free, ≥24h notice) within that 7-day window. No-shows, late cancellations and unused bookings beyond 7 days lapse with no refund.

Subscriptions & API

Cancel any time from Billing — access continues until the end of the paid cycle. Partial cycles, unused API quota and unused subscription periods are non-refundable.

Auto-refunds are issued only when our engine fails a paid request mid-flight (technical failure) — the matching refund row appears in your ledger automatically.
