What the price includes
Everything needed to have a working, maintained website: discovery and sitemap, design and build, deployment, hosting, domain and SSL configuration, uptime and error monitoring, corrective maintenance, an included small-edit cycle, and the AI assistant trained on your approved content. There is no separate hosting invoice and no separate AI subscription.
What sits outside it
Third-party costs you would pay anyway: domain registration and renewal, paid stock media, paid third-party services you ask us to integrate. Larger new modules beyond the included edit cycle are quoted separately against a written scope. Formal SLAs, penetration testing and regulated integrations are Enterprise scope.
Why capacity is priced in RPM, not tokens
Contracted website packages carry no per-token billing. You buy a requests-per-minute ceiling for the site's assistant — a speed limit, not a monthly quota that can run out mid-month. Our separately purchased chat and developer API products keep their own published metered pricing; the two ladders are independent.
How it compares to the alternatives
