What we will not let the assistant do
It does not diagnose, does not read reports, and does not give treatment advice. It is configured on the content your practice approves, and it is instructed to hand a clinical question to your team rather than answer it. Patients are told plainly that they are talking to an assistant, not a doctor.
Patient data and what we store
We keep the assistant's scope to public practice information. If you want appointment capture, we scope exactly which fields are collected and where they land before we build it — nothing sensitive is collected by default. Regulated integrations with hospital systems or health data pipelines are Enterprise scope and are written into a signed scope of work.
